I think I might actually be sick to my stomach.

“Ban all semi automatic rifles with detachable magazines.”

So… ban all semi automatic rifles. Yeah. That’s not infringing on the 2nd amendment at all.

“You can have a gun, but you’re only allowed to have a 17th century musket.”

As we all know and have heard said, Gun control isn’t about guns, it’s about control. This is just showing it for what it is. Take the guns from the people then you no longer have men, you have sheep ready for the slaughter. This administration is praying on the simple minded “gimmes”, those who will go along with anything the president says as long as he keeps promising to give them anything they want and they don’t have to do anything to earn it. Take away our guns, the gimmes say go ahead, take away our freedom of speech the gimmes say, why not. Those of who know how it works can see how this is playing out, we see it with things just like this. Take away the citizens guns while the politicians keep theirs, it’s plain as day to us, but not to the gimmes that are supporting and voting for these corrupt politicians. I guess what it comes down to is that those of us who can see will have to look out for ourselves and the gimmes.

From commentator Dick Lyles on May 30, 2013: “Guns are not the problem many people believe them to be. . . . Although 82 percent of people surveyed believe gun crimes in America have gone up or stayed the same during the past 20 years, the fact is that gun homicides have fallen 72 percent nationally.”

It makes me think TV/movies are part of the problem. Gun violence is definitely up in the fiction world.
