We can’t. It is rater impossible as it will always exist. It’s very naive to believe that some measures can eliminate trafficking. Sure, ensuring that prosperity reaches people will help, a little bit, but it will not end it.
@aivaston @lmllease I also believe we cannot end human trafficking 100%. However I believe that if we close the border, we can make it more difficult for smugglers, and easier for us to catch them regarding Mexican Cartels trafficking of people. International trafficking of people is very difficult to have any impact on. Each nation needs to do their job to control their boarders, secure their nation, and prosecute traffickers in order to have any impact. So lets do our party and SECURE THE UNITED STATES BOARDER on all sides.
Two Cents, that is very true, however closing the border will have a limited impact in my opinion as often, for example women that get trafficked, go into the country, not knowing they’re “trafficked”, and that’s legally acceptable until they serve where they should be – then they become nothing. Borders should belts controlled for sure, though.
